Basic level: Within 5 days from beginner level to parallel steering turns

Our instructors are teaching according to the revolutionary instructing method of the 3rd millennium. Within 5 days, supported by our ski instructors, you will learn technically perfect parallel steering turns – start Sundays and also on appointment depending on availability.

With the aid of the ski itself, which will increase with your learning progression, you will be able to ski down the slopes in elegant parallel turns at the end of the week.

Further training: Perfection of parallel steering turns and carving, long radii as well as short radii

Carving as a central element in the Austrian skiing progression is developed consequently on the right ability level. The basis is already set during the first lessons in order to guarantee the chances for a solid progression. The opinion “carving is skiing only on the edges” would be amiss as even the best skiers appear to have difficulties in some situations.

Carving during our advanced lessons appears in two manifestations. On steeper slopes it is used to control speed by clearly being steered from the fall line. Up motion and pole planting enhance initiating the turn. Carving on smoothly sloped terrains is initiated by simply tilting the knees (overturning the skis). The turns are most enjoyable when skiing along the shape of the skis. You will experience the first feeling of carved turns when gliding on the uphill edges without pole planting.

Expert level: variable implementation of techniques in different situations and all kinds of snow and terrains

The offer ranges form fun carving, race carving, racing or demonstration skiing to fun programs of New School and our special technique program for people of all ages.

On the terrain we guide you on bluffs, mogul slopes or in deep powder snow. We guarantee that we will train you especially for those kinds of snow beforehand and we will convey the needed safety to you in order to enjoy these diverse forms of skiing.
